Bei uns sitzt Marketing nicht am Ende der Kette. Als Werkstudent:in bist du mittendrin: Du machst aus Ideen fertige Assets, hältst unsere Kanäle lebendig und sorgst dafür, dass unser Marketing rund läuft - vom ersten Entwurf bis zum Go-live.

Content & Social

Du pflegst unseren Redaktionsplan und bereitest Social-Media-Posts (LinkedIn & Co.) vor
Du schreibst und redigierst kurze Texte - von Post-Captions bis Newsletter-Bausteinen
Du unterstützt bei Website-Content und kleinen Redaktionsaufgaben

Design & Assets

Du produzierst Marketing-Assets in Canva und der Adobe Creative Suite - Social-Grafiken, Slides, One-Pager-Layouts
Du pflegst und erweiterst unsere Vorlagen und Templates, damit alles on-brand bleibt
Du bereitest Zuarbeiten für Product Marketing & Sales grafisch auf

Marketing-Ops & Events

Du unterstützt bei der Organisation von Events, Messen und Team-Formaten
Du übernimmst Recherchen (Wettbewerb, Themen, Kontakte) und allgemeine Marketing-Ops
Du hilfst, unsere Marketing-Prozesse und Datenpflege am Laufen zu halten

Dein Profil

Must-have:

Eingeschriebene:r Student:in (idealerweise Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien o. Ä.) für die gesamte Dauer der Tätigkeit
Erste Erfahrung mit Canva und/oder Adobe Creative Suite und ein gutes Auge für Gestaltung
Sehr gutes Deutsch (C1+) und gutes Englisch; sicher im Texten
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Lust, operativ anzupacken

Von Vorteil:

Erfahrung mit Social-Media-Redaktion oder ersten Kampagnen
Interesse an B2B-Software / technischen Themen und Offenheit für KI-gestützte Workflows
