Deine Aufgaben

Bei uns sitzt Marketing nicht am Ende der Kette. Du bist von Anfang an dabei: wenn Produkte entstehen, wenn Kunden gewonnen werden und wenn Argumente gebaut werden, die standhalten.

Du übersetzt komplexe Technik in Sprache, die Entscheider verstehen und überzeugt - du verstehst, was unsere Kunden antreibt und was unser Produkt kann, und bringst beides zusammen
Du entwickelst hochwertige Materialien wie One-Pager und Success Stories, die unsere Kommunikation auf das nächste Level heben
Du arbeitest eng mit Sales & Product zusammen, um die brennendsten Kundenfragen zu identifizieren und in Argumente zu verwandeln
Du planst und steuerst Produktlaunches: von Positionierung über Messaging bis zur Markteinführung
Du verantwortest eigene Kampagnen und Projekte - von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung
Du misst den Erfolg deiner Maßnahmen: Bei uns regiert das Daten-Dashboard, nicht das Bauchgefühl

Wir suchen Dich

Must-have:

3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Product Marketing, idealerweise im B2B-Software- oder technischen Umfeld
Du arbeitest dich in komplexe technische Themen ein und bringst das Wesentliche auf den Punkt, ohne es zu verwässern
Du denkst strategisch und setzt genauso gerne operativ um - vom Konzept bis zum fertigen Asset
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+) und gute Englischkenntnisse

Von Vorteil:

Branchenkenntnisse aus Industrie oder Maschinenbau
Sicherer Umgang mit Design-Tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) und Offenheit für KI-gestützte Workflows
