Deine Aufgaben

Du bist der erste Kontakt zwischen Soley und potenziellen Kunden und damit der Startpunkt für jeden Deal, den wir machen.


Genauer gesagt: Du findest die richtigen Unternehmen, sprichst Entscheider direkt an und machst aus kalten Kontakten echte Opportunities. 


Was das praktisch bedeutet:


  • Du recherchierst systematisch passende Zielunternehmen im deutschen Industriemittelstand & Enterprise-Level und baust daraus qualifizierte Lead-Listen.

  • Du erschließt neue Kontakte und baust Beziehungen zu C-Level-Entscheidern auf

  • Du qualifizierst Interessenten und buchst Termine, die den Grundstein für jeden Deal legen, den unsere AEs konvertieren.

  • Du pflegst HubSpot so, dass unsere AEs nie im Dunkeln tappen: saubere Daten, klare Übergaben.

  • Perspektivisch begleitest du unsere AEs in Kundentermine und siehst live, wie aus deiner Arbeit ein Deal wird.

Wir suchen Dich

  • Du hast noch mindestens 2 Semester vor dir (Übergang Bachelor/Master ist okay).

  • Du hast schon Erfahrung mit Outbound-Telefonie (Callcenter, Telesales o.Ä.) und weißt, wie man ein Gespräch aufbaut und am Gatekeeper vorbeikommt.

  • Du hast echten Spaß daran, Menschen anzusprechen.

  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst mit und bringst deine Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich zum Abschluss.

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+), du bewegst dich sicher auf Entscheiderebene.
